There's even more subtleness, perfume and elegance in the single-vineyard 2022 La Breña compared with La Breña 1er; this has more finesse and precision, and it's even more fine-boned. It comes from a 0.25-hectare plot with a different soil than the rest of the lieu-dit, located at 1.05 meters above sea level on degraded, sandy granite soils very close to their Rumbo al Norte single vineyard. This has the completeness of the wines from Villanueva de Ávila that are elegant and floral but serious and mineral, with a narrow palate and very fine tannins. RP97
