The Domaine des Ardoisières Argile Blanc Vin des Allobroges 2024 is a white blend from Savoie, produced by Brice Omont under certified organic and biodynamic principles. This wine is a blend of Jacquère (40%), Chardonnay (40%), and Mondeuse Blanche (20%), grown on steep, west-facing slopes featuring schistose marl and clay. The wine has a light gold colour and an assertive nose of citrus, white fruit, pine resin, and pure minerality. It shows a lively, fresh attack on the palate, offering flavours of peach, almond, and honey, all carried by a saline, crisp texture that defines its long, mineral finish. Vinified with native yeasts and aged for nine months in vats and barrels, this is a structured and precise expression of its unique, high-altitude alpine terroir.
